Steven Provyn is a professor of anatomy and body composition, Head of the Department of Anatomical Research Training and Education (ARTE) and of the Research Group Anatomical Research and Clinical Studies at the VUB. He is the editor in chief of the international, peer reviewed Journal of Anatomy and Embryology, is involved in collaborative projects with Liverpool John Moores University and Aberystwith University and was an invited expert at the Nicola’s Foundation Onmus Teaching and Research Centre (Arezzo, Italy), the Haute Ecole de Santé (Genève, Switzerland) and the SOMT University of Physiotherapy (Amersfoort, Netherlands).
